Do you need 100+ followers to get paid by Medium for your writing? Read this:
If you haven’t heard, Medium has created a new requirement for authors to get paid through the Medium Partners Program (MPP). If you’re a writer who wants to get paid for your posts on Medium.com, you will have to have at least 100 followers to be part of the program in 2022.
You may be aware that we (me and H.H. — the author of the outfit), try to promote new writers and that recently we posted about expanding our list of Top Sex Writers on Medium. (See the link to find out more.) But now, with this new deadline, we feel the need to help is even more urgent!
Let’s help each other out. If you’re an author who writes about sex, erotica, relationships, LGBTQ+, BDSM, kink, or any other “fringe” topic and you have fewer than 100 followers, draw our attention to you in the comments to this post and we will try to compile a list of worthy content creators for our followers to follow.
What we ask you to do is to follow us and repost this message on all of your social media so others can find out about it and get on the list ASAP! We will draw the cutoff at November 1, 2021 so that we have enough time to read and review the new crop of writers and create a list in time for them to gain enough followers to make the minimum for the Partner Program.
